Here is the story behind "MY" Splash...
"In late 2006, PepsiCo introduced Sierra Mist Cranberry Splash. It was only available during the Winter holiday season. Cranberry Splash returned in the fall of 2007, 2008, 2009 and now 2010 also available with Diet Sierra Mist Cranberry Spla

Apparently it is only produced as a holiday -&- fall flavor!?!
Well that explains the recent reappearance of it everywhere
